So I asked if I could pick that passport up elsewhere but the women there didn't even let me explain when she said "We don't do passports", but I wasn't asking for an application for a passport. That women was so rude to me. She opened 15 minutes after her lunch break ended and she was like overwhelmed as if she worked very hard but they do nothing than complaining about their job.
