When I had an issue with stolen packages at my home address, this location was really considerate in their response, and USPS is the only delivery service I trust as a result (it's a long story, but they actually listened when I said that packages can't be left outside my front door as it's a commercial sidewalk). For a small location, they have a lot of services and patience. PLEASE, STOP TELLING THEM TO CLOSE THIS LOCATION JUST BECAUSE YOU HAD 1 BAD EXPERIENCE. Budget cuts tend to exasterbate the situation, and USPS has had many. Some of us need this location and this staff does the best they can with sometimes just 1 person working.
