Over the past couple of months my mail has been marked as delivered when in fact it hasn't. After 8:30 p.m. they mark it as delivered to the PO box which is a complete lie. They deliver it the next day. My guess is that they do this out of compliance. This has caused me many issues with my online ordering experience. PLEASE DO NOT MARK PACKAGES DELIVERED IF THEY ARE NOT!

This post office is the worst. I am filing a complaint regarding incorrect delivery scans on my packages. On 1/29/2026, I received notifications stating that two packages were marked “Refused by Addressee.” This is completely inaccurate. I was home and available to receive my packages, and no delivery attempt was made. No one knocked, rang the bell, or contacted me in any way. I did not refuse these packages. Because of this false scan, I am now being told to contact the merchant, which shifts the burden onto me for an error that occurred during delivery. A “refused” scan can affect refunds, replacements, and my delivery record, and this needs to be corrected.

This location is extremely poorly managed, and my experiences here have been consistently negative. I have never encountered such a lack of accountability or professionalism. Legitimate complaints are met not with solutions, but with what feels like retaliation—such as packages being mysteriously “misdelivered” or marked delivered when they never arrive. In one instance, a package was thrown over a fence into a vacant lot. In another, a package was marked as delivered but never reached my mailbox, and I have video proof no attempt was made. I have also had packages marked as “attempted delivery, customer requested hold at post office,” which is completely false—I have never requested this. My mail and packages are sometimes held at the post office simply because the route carrier does not want to deliver them. Interestingly, substitute carriers consistently deliver my mail correctly and are professional and pleasant. The issues occur only with the regular route carrier. Where I come from, feedback and complaints are addressed proactively and used to correct problems. Here, I have been repeatedly gaslit, told that I am wrong, discouraged from complaining, and ultimately blamed for issues that are clearly not of my making. The manager never resolves anything and deflects responsibility instead of taking corrective action. This is a clear case of mismanagement. Customers should not be treated this way, and ongoing service failures should not be ignored or blamed on the person reporting them. I am now taking my paper trail and evidence to OIG since nothing was resolved.
