When I got there she told me that I could use the kiosks for it. I didn’t know but glad to. I asked her what option to choose/use, she said “pre-packaged” something.

I've even waited outside. Instead they Immediately mark it as insufficient address and return to sender. They dont answer their phone but when I call the main customer service they say they cant do anything about the package or hold future ones and i have to call this location directly. 4 packages across multiple weeks. Verified address on all of them. Shameful.

Is so incredibly uncomfortable and this guard never seems to question anyone else about the postage their buying let alone stand behind them. He is incredibly unhelpful and demeaning, it makes me never want to come to this location, to my knowledge he works Friday afternoons.

One gentleman when we came in showed us where to get the envelopes to mail our stuff out and the other at the counter to put everything together to send it.
