Currently on hold for like 25 minutes to see if they have my package or not, Amazon says it was given to them on Sunday. Understanding it may not have been ready to deliver on that Monday but surely today should have received it! I hate dealing with this post office!!! They are rude and I wish they would close this one down honestly

The Mount Greenwood post office is the worst post office I have ever seen they don't deliver your mail they're very disrespectful when you talk to management it's as if they're made people they don't have to work they get paid and they don't do their job something have to be done with this we need to go to our state representatives and a lot of people need to be let go this is unacceptable

I only receive my mail when I file a complaint. Then I’ll receive a stack of mail which some is time sensitive and has causes negative consequences.

Yesterday, 7-14-2025, I was texted and e-mailed that a package was to be delivered that day. Stayed home all day waiting because I know I have to run down 3 flights of stairs to get it. This due to the fact that many items are just thrown down at the door or under a tree! Theft and/or heat will take a toll. Alert came at 6:30 pm. My daughter went down, came up empty handed! She went back down saying she would check the buildings on either side because we and they have gotten each others packages. Again, emptyhanded. Went on the USPS website. This stated that it was picked up at the POST OFFICE at 6:19 pm. The POST OFFICE would have been closed at that time. Luckily, my daughter had the urge to go back down, AGAIN! And there it was! Put 2 & 2 together and we came up with this scenario. Probably a new person, went back to the POST OFFICE with the package and was sent back to deliver it. Past experience showed us that some employees choose to leave packages, and mail, for the next person to deliver. Our regular mailman, Mark, would not pull this stuff! Guy is one in a million! He's neat with the mail, doesn't 'fist' it into the box like some have. To wind this up, how can this POST OFFICE, with all these never ending bad reviews, not do something about it? It's been like this for years! You ruined my dinner which I spent much time preparing from scratch. The two of us railed at you and your employees wiggling away from doing the work for a good hour and a half! In addendum, this product was a food derivative. If it was left overnight, it would probably be in a hot vehicle. I would then return it due to not trusting it's toxicity. The postal service retains poor workers, there is theft all over the country, even by supervisors according to a recent report. Seems they also do not train their people well, if at all. This may have been the case with this complaint. Service at this facility is rated a ZREO in my book. Had to go there once. Makes me want to vomit just looking at the building! I honestly feel sorry for your great workers. They are too few in number and their efficient selves have to exist in a world of deliberate 'inefficiency'! Please do something to fix this decayed system of yours. You pay people for not doing the job, so, they keep avoiding work. You pay them well and they abuse you!! Time to 'clean house'!
