- YYYeseniaJul 11, 20253.0Visited this post office yesterday 7/10 at 11:40am. The gentleman working there was very nice and helpful. He was the person attending Me. The lady with the copper, curly hair was not friendly. She was rude, unprofessional and racist. I walked out and walked back in because I had another box. When I walked back in the 2nd time she asked me “What u got going on?” I said I’m mailing this box out. I clearly had a large box in front of my face. What else would I be doing there? She said that box isn’t sealed. I showed her the tape I had in my hand that I had just bought 2 mins ago from the gentleman. That’s when the man told her he was helping me already. She told me to go to the other area to tape my box. She just wanted to say something. She wasn’t minding her business. I did hear her tell the man how she told her supervisor she “gets here when she gets here.” Talking about to the post office. How she tends to be late to work. It’s a small space and no one else was there so it was easy to hear her. While I was being checked out a Spanish speaking customer walked in with his request typed on his phone translator. He had the misfortune of having her “help him.” She looked at his phone, rolled her eyes, had poor body language as though she can not be bothered. She did get her phone and used her translator to communicate with him. With a terrible attitude of course. I smiled at the man to not make him feel so uncomfortable. I wonder if he was Asian or another ethnicity other than Latin would she have been equally as rude. This isn’t someone that should be working at a public office. Much less when customers are encouraged to submit surveys. The man was great 10/10. She was not 0/10.
