The new computer representative is a waste of time. You have to continuously repeat yourself because it can't hear nor compute. Turn it off. A waste of money and time. This will cause customers to be aggressive coming to the post office. Stop with the computer representative,ai. Let it go

this post office, management team does nothing to improve customer service outcomes especially when it comes to the unprofessional rudeness of the postal carriers. resolutions are a myth with them. they protect the carriers that should retire or just do something else that requires less movement. i am beyond exacerbated when dealing with their attitudes when asked one question, " did you just deliver here?" or similar. if this management team cannot control the behavior of their staff, then they most be culpable with their attitudes.

12/23/2025 Scanned my package as delivered. It's not here, so I go to the this post office where my mail should be at. The guy at the counter tells me, that my apt building is UNDELIVERABLE. Told that the landlord needs to fix the access issues and then they will be able to deliver my mail. I say well since I am here let me get my mail and package. Then tells me it's against the policy of the post office to pass out mail over the counter for buildings they can't deliver too and told me I can't have my mail. They have my damn Christmas gifts I paid for, Scan as delivered but won't turn over the packages. Thieves ...

It is truly a shame that this establishment is responsible for our community’s mail service. I’ve never seen people more apathetic toward providing a service to people. Tracking the time, it took 1 hour and 23 minutes to learn my packages are not being delivered because the carrier is too lazy to read. Good news, the pick-up clerk is cute and helpful.
