The guy at the counter tells me, that my apt building is UNDELIVERABLE. Told that the landlord needs to fix the access issues and then they will be able to deliver my mail. Tracking the time, it took 1 hour and 23 minutes to learn my packages are not being delivered because the carrier is too lazy to read. Good news, the pick-up clerk is cute and helpful.
