I dont know what the issue is delivering to my address but I have had multiple packages delivered to the wrong part of my building complex on multiple occasions. I have also had multiple packages not delivered with the reason being pa page was undeliverable because entrance is inaccessible. This is bullshit when the gate to the complex is busted and always open and the walkways to the mail boxes and entrances to each of the 4 sections of the building are always clear. Also even when the package has clear instructions to ring doorbell my doorbell has never rung once, I know because im always home. These issues have been persistent since I moved to this location 5 years ago. Im thinking its about time to try and get in touch with the state post master and file some complaints and possible get some investigations going into possible fraud or tampering with packages.

This place has very rude and difficult employees. The USPS changed there policy December 2025 about how many days it will take then to process mail if you drop it in the mail box. This means your post mark date can cause you to be late on paying bills and legal it important docs could not get summited on time because they go of the post mark date. So they suggest taking your mail in and asked for a manual same day post mark. They refused to do it at this location and was very rude about it. It seems like the customers are more aware of the policies than the employees. When I finally got an agent on the phone I was told that they could post mark my mail for the same day. It's frustrating dealing with rude and misinformed employees.

Waiting 3 months for USPS to install locks so my tenants can get mail. Call every day and 1 in 20 times I can get someone on the phone. It is beyond bad customer service. If it was a private co they would have been out of business decades ago. Waste of tax dollars.

This particular office is so unprofessional! They never open on time, the staff’s attitudes are just just despicable. This is what you allow in black communities! Please improve the quality of service

They do not do Passport services at all, even though the website says they do and you can book appointments at this location. Do not book a passport appointment here!
