- VVVPDec 20, 20251.0Truly unprofessional, unorganized, and unhelpful. Not only do workers hang up the phone but they also will chastise you and confront your mail carrier about your mail while you're on the phone. When you explain how unprofessional and uncomfortable it is to have a manager berate a staff member, they accept no accountability and respond with you're being emotional and remind them of your children. Yep, this is who the USPS is allowing to run their customer service. They need to clean house because this was absolutely horrendous and no one should feel so embolden to speak with any customers (or employees) that way.
- CWCharles WaltersNov 18, 20251.0Worst Post Office ever, terrible customer service, the system is always down, the workers sit in the back and talk loud while customers stand in line for over 5-10 min (even when the bell is rung or when customers knock on the cashier window) etc. We deserve better service in our neighborhoods!
