- ECErika C5 days ago1.0This place is awful. There system is always down. You will never find a worker at the front desk. If you dont ring the doorbell you can rest assure you'll be waiting all day and you can hear them chit chatting in the back...Very Unprofessional!!

- VVVPDec 20, 20251.0Truly unprofessional, unorganized, and unhelpful. Not only do workers hang up the phone but they also will chastise you and confront your mail carrier about your mail while you're on the phone. When you explain how unprofessional and uncomfortable it is to have a manager berate a staff member, they accept no accountability and respond with you're being emotional and remind them of your children. Yep, this is who the USPS is allowing to run their customer service. They need to clean house because this was absolutely horrendous and no one should feel so embolden to speak with any customers (or employees) that way.
