    This post office regularly loses your mail or intentionally throws it away. It keeps happening to me at least once a year. 🤬

    on 3sep25 this south Chicago location has an terrible woman as customer service. I ship my personals from chi-LA. After waiting 20 minutes and only one customer service rep this angry woman looked at my box and says we don't take boxes with duct tape on them!! my box never had any piece of duct tape on it, I only used clear & brown shipping tape to secure my box. I was charged $145 for 47lb box to ship to LA had i know I would paid the $85 to use under carriage with Sprit airlines I felt overcharged by USPS. She had problems putting in my address and did not know to correctly operate the computer, I thought employees needed to lift at lease 50lbs she asked a man to handle my box, i delt with a woman that had a bad attitude and could not do her simple job

    No kind people right there. They don't know how to talk to people, they lazy to tell you right things in the nicest way. Every time I go there I come out mad because they still being same person since 2020 I moved south side, after 5 ans years I still scaring step there. I don't know why tiktok or Amazon still sending my packages there, I cried already because to go back there. I can't recommend to someone, i put one star, maybe i should put no star if i can... And in my my mailbox also they put the letters don't belong to me, different addresses you can tell but they putting it inside of my mail and sending mine to my neighbors mailbox too. So sad 😔

    I don’t understand why the staff here don’t want to do their job , they don’t want to help nobody , alway there longer then 40 minutes and if I ask to see if I have mail they want to give every excuse why they can’t look for it .
