The woman employed apparently never showed up to work per building security and I now with raised prices have to spend another $15 to get home… not to mention having to uber to other locations spending almost $30-$40 just to return a package. DO NOT TRUST THIS LOCATION.

She then said the system is down and started muttering under her breath. I kept standing there looking at her and they were working on the system - assuming they were doing their daily closing checklist. The fact that she was muttering under her breath suggests that the system was not down and she was just being lazy and did not want to do her job. If the system was down - she would have said that before lying about being closed. Why do people get jobs if they don’t want to work.

The equipment is broken all the time. It's always closed during peak hours. I live super close and is still an inconvenience because I can't never do what I need to. Might as well close this location or get it together.
