They have THE WORST customer service on the south side of Chicago, only being slightly outdone by the location off 111th and State Street. The lines are routinely long, yet the staff are openly unbothered by it, frequently seen standing around engaged in conversations while people wait unnecessarily long times to be serviced. There's usually only one window of four open for service, with one exclusively for passports. If you have to patronize this location, pack a lunch and a folding chair, you're gonna need it.
