I never review but I have to say staff was not helpful and unfriendly. Customer service was less than ideal. Will try the other USPS locations going forward.

The staff are very helpful but this place is grossly understaffed. I went twice in one week and the most I've seen is two people working for 10+ customers and passport appointments. They need to hire more people asap.

Jessica! Thank you. This process is so painful as parents! You photocopied the things I needed to do myself and made the passport renewal process for my 13yo so easy. At the end, I was waiting for a "nope, sorry, go home and do all these things and come back in 2 mos". Really appreciate your kindness and patience last Saturday.
