The worker behind the counter then abruptly looked up at me and the person behind me and said "the post office is closed. We're opening again at 5.30." basically telling me and the other person who came in after me that we must exit because she will not help us. These "amended" hours were not posted anywhere, nor were the inner doors (past the lobby, to get in to the area where you receive service) locked to prevent customers from joining in the queue. The post office is supposed to be open till 6PM today. Very rude and unprofessional!!

She should be fired immediately and should work in a dungeon next time where she does not have to interact with people. As I was leaving another customer said she was sorry about my experience and that the lady is always rude.
