Had the WORST experience with an extremely rude and unprofessional woman employee at 4:30pm 11/19/25. She should be fired immediately and should work in a dungeon next time where she does not have to interact with people. As I was leaving another customer said she was sorry about my experience and that the lady is always rude.

Absolutely terrible experience with the woman who works there. If I could leave less than one star I would. It was my first time using USPS and I had a QR code for my return. I had no idea I had to get my own box. I wait in the line and when it’s my turn I show her my QR and she seemed super annoyed that I didn’t have a box assuming that I had to know beforehand to grab it. So she points at the box stand so I run to grab one. And she uses a rude tone to tell me to come back and grab my phone (which I left there because of the QR) and I told her I was just grabbing the box. She starts getting agitated saying she wasn’t done talking and I cut her off because I turned around to grab the box (the box Stand was right next to us) I tell her she is being extremely rude and she gets upset and says that she is not helping me anymore and I should figure it out on my own. She then proceeds to help the next person, so I lost my spot. I then went to the USPS in the Hancock and they were super nice, gave me an envelope themselves and packed it for me. I will not be going back to this location I would rather walk more. She definitely should not be working with people if she doesn’t have the patience for it. She is super unprofessional This was an upsetting experience.

There was a lovely gentleman, kind and helpful and joyful. Unfortunately this person is now a woman who is the opposite - i listened to her speak badly about other customers.
