I had several packages, and she refused to scan the others or provide any guidance. This was the worst customer service I have received at any USPS location. I will not return to this office.

She told me “you didn’t follow directions on how to write the name and address” when she didn’t even tell me the directions mind you, she told the lady behind me. I hear her and the lady sharing a giggle about my encounter with her. Completely unprofessional, and this is the post office I grew up going to.
