- GBG BDec 31, 20254.0I had an issue with a large parcel that couldn't be delivered. I called and opened a ticket and believe it or not the Post Office actually responded. Two days later my parcel was delivered to the mailroom in my apartment building. Total surprise!

But so far within the last couple of months that I have been going up there. It has gotten a little bit better especially with her attitude. She's the dark-skinned lady up there. I mean, her attitude was just really just nasty but like I said, lately. In my opinion, she has been really doing a lot better with her customer service skills. In my pain , it got a little bit better
