Dear USPS Management, I am writing as a concerned customer to formally request an immediate investigation into a serious incident that took place at the Post Office located at 3401 W Devon, Chicago, IL, on October 6th between 6:00–6:15 PM at the docking station area. During this time, I was verbally and physically assaulted by Supervisor Mrs. Anderson. The situation began when I was speaking calmly to another employee, and Mrs. Anderson suddenly began yelling at me from a distance, using profanity and racist remarks. She appeared extremely angry and confrontational. Moments later, Mrs. Anderson walked down the docking station toward me in an aggressive manner, shouting and continuing to use abusive language. As she got closer, she threw an object in my direction, narrowly missing me. Her body language and tone made it clear she was attempting to initiate a physical altercation. I felt unsafe and intimidated by her behavior, and other employees nearby appeared shocked as well. Since that day, I have called multiple times and left messages for Manager Haymar, trying to report this incident and request a response. Despite providing details and proof of my call logs, I have received no response or follow-up. As of October 16, 10 days have passed without any acknowledgment. For reference, my Service Request Number is 82405588. I am asking USPS to review the security footage from October 6th, between 6:00 and 6:15 PM, at the docking station area and to initiate an immediate formal investigation. This was a frightening and unacceptable experience, and no customer should ever be subjected to such treatment on postal property. Thank you for your attention and prompt action on this matter. I am available to provide a detailed statement or any additional information you may need.

I came in today and Latrice was wonderful. She was very helpful addressed my issues very quickly. Her attitude was kind and friendly which was a surprise the staff here is rude and their attitude is always nasty. I have been coming her for years since it’s close to my home and she is the first person since I have been coming here to greet me with a smile and was happy to help. Thank you Latrice the world needs more people like you! I hope to see you again.
