The African American manager with dreads in the pony tail is incredibly rude. I went in to pickup a package today (10/30/25 around 11:40 am) that a member of my community (i am a streamer on the platform twitch) sent out to me for my birthday. I’ve never picked up a package from USPS but this person wanted to respect my wishes on not giving out my address. They (person sending package) assured me things would okay that all I have to do is pickup when it arrives with my ID. After the package was initially delayed I got the message it was at the post office and went to pick it up, the worker I dealt with initially I had no issues , he did briefly explain to me that I can’t just have a package sent to them to hold that I need a PO Box (idk what that is) or the person sending has to pay a holding fee; he did however check for my package letting me know there’s a possibility that it may have been sent back to sender because of the issue. He checks and comes out with this large box which I laughed to myself because I wasn’t expecting that , I didn’t notice tho that manager was behind him. They walk up and the manager with this rude tone says imma tell you this now cos this isn’t happening again” as if I planned that or knew what I was getting myself into , the tone is what threw me off. He then proceeded to say I can’t have packages delivered for them to hold for me , I need a P.O. Box or the person needs to pay for it being held (again in this rude tone). As he’s talking I feel myself getting overwhelmed because of his tone (clinically diagnosed with anxiety and panic Attacks, I have social anxiety so me going to the post office on my own was a lot) i tried to interject to explain how this is my first time , explaining me streaming and explaining they said they paid for X,Y,Z. He wouldn’t let me say anything he basically said no I was wrong nothing was paid for. I then said “you don’t have to talk to me that way” to which he said “I’m not you’re assuming I am” and continued to repeat himself when I tried to explain how he’s coming at me , he then threatened to have my packages sent back and ill be dammed if someone in my community who took the time and money to send me something has to go through that again . I stopped talking and just said “okay” to which he said “alright have a blessed day” in a condescending tone. The person I originally was dealing with went back to dealing with me & said “here’s your package, you can take it, have a nice day” (again no issue with that worker) I took my package , went to my car and had a break down. To be talked to like that over a misunderstanding when I’m fresh out of bed in pjs excited over my birthday gift and excited to stream me opening it was uncalled for. That man has a disgusting attitude and needs to learn customer service , cos if I myself didn’t work in retail , have anxiety and KNOW better , he would’ve definitely gotten a different reaction out of me. Disgusting.

Bunch of thieves!!!! First I'd like to say that my daily mail man is awesome! This review has nothing to do with him. This review is for all the sorting workers on site. I've had several packages mysteriously gone "missing" from this location. They always show "delivered" scan but it never even left the location. I was told by the front counter woman Mary Lou that each scanner has a GPS function and ALL of my stolen items were scanned IN HOUSE and NOT ANYWHERE close to home address! This has happened to several of my shoe orders, Poshmark clothing orders and as of this past week my updated bank card! This place should be investigated! Its gotten so bad that I know have all my orders delivered to a suburban address and EVERYTHING has arrived with no problems! Avoid this place at all cost or you'll be submitting claims left n' right all with your money up in limbo pending the results!
