When Entering, there was no one behind the counter for 5-10 minutes. Then a lady comes to the register. She says nothing to me and reaches out her hand to take my packages. I say I’m just dropping these off. She asks if I need a receipt. I say yes. She is upset that I asked for a receipt and then says “so you’re not just dropping them off” in a condescending tone. When the survey popped up on the key pad, asking if I was treaded with courtesy, I selected the frowny face. This upset her greatly, she then asked why I selected that in a very angry tone, and withheld my receipt until I gave her an answer. Making a scene in front of everyone. First and last time I’m visiting this location. Even if I’m in the area I’d rather drop off at a different location. The employee treaded me like I didn’t exist, continuing her conversation with her coworker, while she attempted to attend to me, without saying a word to me, not even hello.

This location has the kindest people. Sometimes there's a brief line, but it goes pretty quickly, and they are always very helpful to me. I use this location every week as I'm an author and need to ship orders of my book
