I am writing to formally report an ongoing issue with mail delivery at our building and the conduct of our assigned letter carrier. I understand that there were previous challenges accessing our building due to the lack of an access key. However, that issue has since been resolved. Despite this, our letter carrier has continued to walk past the building without delivering mail or packages. Most recently, I was outside the building with my puppy and politely asked whether mail and packages would be delivered now that access has been restored. The carrier did not acknowledge me and continued walking without responding. This pattern has resulted in myself and other residents missing important mail and correspondence. We are concerned about the continued lack of delivery despite the access issue having been addressed. I respectfully request that this matter be reviewed to ensure consistent mail delivery moving forward and appropriate communication from the assigned carrier. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.

Okay so this post office is always out of stamps, you think someone in there would have the courtesy to post a sign regarding that fact so you don't have to stand in a ridiculous long line to reach the 1 and ONLY clerk on duty to be told that Jewel across the street has them. I guess FedEx can do my packages. And you get great retirement benefits. Keep up the great work 👍

Most of the employees are rude. Some of them "answer" the happy face survey before you can. They always pick the green happy face. I hate this post office. Sometimes I drive farther to the post office on Gunnison near Harlem. The automatic doors for handicapped people haven't worked for years

I didn't catch her name, but the girl working today who was all the way to the left (I believe she had braces) was incredibly helpful. All of my Christmas cards were lost/stolen/who knows last year so I asked for advice on how to not let that happen again, and she gave me some tips and helped me out and was incredibly friendly and helpful. I wish all post office experiences were that pleasant, especially during the holidays.
