Regina the African American woman, I believe, at the counter on 11/04/25 around 4pm, is beyond rude and ignorant. Always a problem coming here. Not only did I witness the workers rudely tell a family “WELL THATS YOUR PROBLEM” and rolled their eyes before attending to me, but they’re rude on the phone as well. Either they don’t answer or they’re screaming at you. Bunch of bullies. You would think they get raises based on how rude, ignorant, uncivilized they are. How come customer service, who was beyond polite, said you could provide a service here, but when I arrive, you claim you can’t? Then you want to get aggressive and hostile. Not my fault you hate your job so much. I went the next day and Leong was a bit nicer, but still had an attitude problem. Still dismissed me without saying goodbye or if I needed more help. I can tell this is a normal practice here. Embarrassing.

Today I went to here to apply for my U.S. passport and had a very positive experience. The two young ladies working there,Desiree and Marshika, were extremely kind, patient, and professional. They guided me through every step of the process and made everything easy and stress-free. Thank you for the excellent service!

I was here on Friday around 3/4pm. The black woman behind the counter was rude. Standing there rolling her eyes as her coworker handed her my receipt to check for certified mail delivery. The woman threw it to the side and stood there talking to her coworker. No one was in her line at the time so she could have checked. Instead she continued to talk to her coworker. Then when the next customer came in, she took care of them and had me waiting. When I asked if I can get a refund since my package was not delivered on time. She told me usps does not give refunds on certified mail and suggested express mail if I wanted a refund. I checked usps website and they do give refunds on certified mail if it wasn't delivered on time. Clearly, she doesn't know what she's talking about. Not helpful, just rude. Stay home for people's sake if you can't be helpful. Useless with a lot of bad attitude.

Useless people working here. With all these bad reviews why hasn’t the manager done anything to train these workers better or been replaced with someone who can run this place effectively. The people in the office don’t want to do their job. Waste of time and money coming here.
