    I came in this post office on Dec 12th to mail a very important package to Delaware. I was told by the postal worker that my item would most likely arrive on Monday the 15th. But, your expected date is on the 16th. Supposedly, USPS delivered my package today; Friday the 19th. I have no ideal if the facility received the package; because its closed on the weekend! I am so sick and tired of bad service from USPS. I believe my package would have been handled professionally; if I took it downtown! I will not ever step foot in this facility again!

    It's 8:40 and they open at 8 am I cant make this shit up I been waiting out here for 15mins im done with this.

    Had a package marked delivered but wasn't! Kept going up to this office after getting off work. Keep getting stupid apologies but no resolution! And at the same time not receiving any mail for over a week and a half! Two issues I'm dealing with! I emailed the inspector general office and got one of my issues resolved been receiving my mail now. Second issue with my package being "delivered" when it wasn't! Kept getting the run around, it was like they were trying g to blame me for the missing package! So when I informed them that my security camera points directly to the mailbox, then there was a different excuse being that my address is Place so now there saying it had street on the package! Lies becausei tracked me package on their website and it clearly states in there system my correct address! This lady was still making excuses for that carriers negligence! Then I told her I was met with hostility by a employee tracking said package and I told her if I had her name I would report her! All they do is protect unprofessional workers with bad attitudes! This facility needs to bo shutdown and revamped! Please do not let them get away with bad service! Call the Office of the Inspector General and if no resolve from there, contact USPS National Tort Center. They count on you not reporting this type of behavior!
