    If you want to be discriminated against because you have a child, this is exactly the place to go. The staff at this office were rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. I will be filing a formal complaint against every employee involved. I have full video evidence showing that they refused to call a manager when I asked and clearly did not want to serve us. I will also be requesting the information of the customer who was ahead of us and told my wife five times that she “should stay at home with the child” and should not bring the child there. (I’d really love to know how you’re supposed to take a passport photo of a child without the child being there. )This harassment is also fully recorded on video. I will be pursuing formal complaints and legal action. If anyone else experienced similar treatment or was unable to get a passport for their child, contact me. I am absolutely not a confrontational person, but this kind of behavior is unacceptable and will not be ignored.

    We had a passport appointment for our baby and were skipped multiple times despite confirming our order in line. When we asked for a manager, the lady refused and said the passport clerk was the manager, and another customer began yelling at us saying we should stay home if we have a baby while staff did not intervene.

    Lazy and unprofessional staff, this might be the worst location I've used and I lived in 4 different states. They even refused to print a label, when I went to the other location they printed just fine for me. Nasty people! Slow very slow 🐌

    Closed on Saturday, and the drop box out front has been enshittified so you can't even drop small packages off when they're closed!

    Quite literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced. All I did was come to have a package shipped. Just needed the qr scanned. I even had my package taped shut and they made me take all the tape off and retape it for no reason. Waited for almost an hour just to be met with the most rude clerks.
