- MMMia Moore1 day ago1.0Was here on Friday to get passport for baby . Our reservation got rescheduled and we were told they do walk ins from 3-4. Normally I never had an issue here and staff is great . But the older guy who’s been there for years , not sure if he could read the room or could but just didn’t care about anyone’s time but his. It was a line for passports as well as mail . He kept yelling out not so nicely - this my last family I’m done after this one - I don’t know what yall waiting for . Mind you it 3:26pm and he keeps mentioning this - we showed up at 3:05pm . It was one family ahead of us that said but they were here since 3 - I also had to mention we were told to come back and it was walk ins on Friday from 3-4pm due to our reservation being cancelled on Wednesday . Luckily the lady next to him remembered but I felt bad for her cause he was just rude all around. She ended up taking the family in front of us that said they were here since 3 and my family as well so I appreciated her and I wasn’t even mad at her for doing her job . The older guy just didn’t care about anybody’s time or patience, said he been there since 7am doing passports then taking his sweet slow paced time which I believe was on purpose- there’s a time and a place for goofing around , joking and being passive I don’t care how long you’ve been working for the company. Then his phone ranged he answered it and I was just like he has no customer service what so ever I don’t care if it was for 5 seconds - you don’t do that when you have LINES . Thankfully to the lady we got ours and we didn’t have to wait a whole 25minutes cause she actually got the job done and obviously cared for people’s time no matter how long she worked at the job she applied for .

Probably the best customer service I have received this year. I hope this man gets promoted and gets a raise!
