- BBBarbara BoyleDec 31, 20221.0The usps closes at 1 pm on Saturday. I got there at 12:45. The doors were locked, the postal lady was at the counter and wouldn’t open the doors when I repeatedly knocked to drop off a package. I filed a complaint .

I avoid mailing at all costs to not have to go through such a bad experience. USPS needs to give staff customer service training once a month apparently.
- JPJ PApr 15, 20221.0Awful experience. Employee refused to scan my packages when I dropped them off. I was the only person in line. She told me she doesn’t give receipts either. She didn’t want to be disturbed while talking to her male coworker. This is why people hate USPS! She wins! Less work for her because I’ll never go back there again.
