    United States Postal Service – South Archer location There was only one cashier working, so the line was fairly long. Once I reached the counter, however, the postal worker was efficient, patient, and very helpful. They answered my Priority Mail questions clearly and got my envelope processed quickly, which I appreciated. While waiting, I noticed a customer who did not speak English struggling due to the language barrier, with no one available to assist her. I stepped in to help translate, and both the customer and the postal worker were very appreciative. I was glad I could help, but it did leave me thinking—what if no one bilingual had been there? This area serves a diverse community, and it would be great to see more bilingual postal workers or language support available to better serve all customers. Overall, solid service under pressure, but there’s definitely room to improve accessibility for non-English speakers.

    If I can leave zero stars I would !!! Please, everyone be very vigilant when dropping off your packages at this location employees are very rude, unhelpful and knowledgeable and unprofessional. No Spanish Speaking personnel at Location . 3 of my packages are “ missing “ please go inside don’t drop off nothing in the blue mail box “items “ will be lost “ according to employees
