The lady that works there with the name starting with an S, and grey hair, is so rude. Attitude right off the bat. Worst customer service is here. Second time coming and it’s been bad both times. If you hate your job then quit

They took passport pictures for my wife and myself. When I went to apply online neither of the pictures were acceptable due to improper centering on one and an unacceptable background color on the other. The wait was also interminable. Get your passport photos elsewhere with someone who knows what they're doing.

The elderly Black woman who worked there was very rude and unprofessional. For someone of her age, I expected better customer service and a positive example of how employees should treat customers at the post office. I recently moved to this side of town and needed to change my address to receive my mail. I filled out the change of address card and handed it back to her. When she asked for my ID, I explained that I didn’t have it with me. Instead of handling the situation politely, she threw my card in the garbage and said, 👺“Next.” I was shocked and asked why she was being rude, but she just repeated 👺“Next” in a confrontational tone. There was no reason for that attitude if someone doesn’t like their job, they shouldn’t take it out on customers. Very disappointing experience.

*If you are thinking about coming to this location, and have the option to go somewhere else, DO NOT come here.* I came for a *scheduled* passport appointment. Not only was no one behind the counter for thirty minutes, an older woman just wanted to know if there were stamps and the people walking behind the counter ignored her and snickered at her. When the person at the front of the line allowed her to join him at the front to ask her question, she received major attitude from the employee who told her to go back to the end and wait her turn. When it was my turn they told me Tuesdays are her "off days" and that they had no idea why the "machine let me schedule today." I will never be coming back to this location.

I don’t know what’s going on with the mail carriers but ever since my regular mail carrier left, the deliveries of mail has been horrible and lazy as hell. Right now my area location is under construction along the side walkways and we haven’t seen any mail in a week delivered! We have to go into the office to pick up the mail now and it’s ridiculous! Something needs to be done about the USPS delivery system because lately all the delivery trucks be leaving packages outside of the main entry gate/door and that’s not cool! They don’t answer the phones as well either! This is horrible and unprofessional!!😡
