I sent 3 orders at the same time, but I have only received 2 orders. The remaining order (tracking number 9505568674644800009244) has still not been delivered. What is unacceptable is that the system shows delivery activity, but in reality no courier contacted me and no delivery attempt was made. This makes it seem like the delivery status was updated without an actual delivery attempt. The service is unprofessional, unreliable, and lacking transparency, causing serious frustration and loss of trust. Completely dissatisfied.

USPS always get bad reviews, but that is not my experience with this branch and is one of the better local posts I've had in my life! I've never had a serious issue with a delivery or shipment so far, and I ship over 50 packages a week for my small business. Super appreciative of my local mailman who went out of his way to call me this weekend to let me know of an issue with a package that was due to a seller incorrectly shipping under Media Mail. Went to pick it up today and the same woman who works in the mornings on weekdays is always quick and efficient in helping me. I get the line can be long sometimes, but some issues can be solved on the kiosk FYI. Plus, the job is hard so thank you!!!

Typical postal office. Only one window and person working. And the lobby smells like public restroom.

Routinely marks packages as delivered when no attempt is made, often not actually delivering the package until days later, if at all. I have had no mail service the last two delivery days (which I know not only because of my video doorbell, but because I have had outgoing mail sitting there), so it is...interesting that a package was marked delivered yesterday. This had happened before. I get that they don't want to get dinged for not meeting their delivery obligations so they mark things delivered that aren't, but this practice leaves the recipient holding the bag in the face of the "proof" that something was delivered. Branch doesn't answer the phone, main USPS customer service doesn't do anything but refer the issue to the branch for "investigation." I won't hold my breath for the results. I really wish I lived in a different branch's service area! I will say there is at least one woman who works at the windows who is super-nice, fast and helpful. My issue is with the home delivery service from this branch.
