This conduct is unacceptable and warrants an immediate investigation. Such bias has no place in customer service and reflects poorly on this establishment.

Mail delivery is hit or miss. Monday, forget about it . Raining, forget about it, call the office, no answer. When I went in person to inquire about the situation I was given a 1-800 # to complain but the operator directed me to call the local office. So it's just one big circle of disappointment.
