Young lady working on 1/3/26 was so upset Î asked questions. Never sent certified mail before and she was daaaaammm omg ing me. I felt like K was talking to my daughter when she was a teen before I put her straight. Was a real stereotype. Great job still ungrateful mad at the world.. I was mad to I needed help and had to go up north lines were long but the people helpful and that’s sad. Cant do anything in the community. Do better hire better people with better attitudes, helpful people. She doesn’t deserve a job

They always have bad ass attitudes and never want to work at all at this post office I have had a P.O. Box with them for years and all of a sudden me and some of my kids mail seem to get returned after I told them my kids been on my P.O. Box application since I’ve first gotten this box but the lady with the red hair seem to always send me or my baby girl mail back to the sender. I’ve been waiting on some important mail for almost a month now that was supposed to been here in 4 to 7 business days in the beginning of Oct and when I call to see why I haven’t received it yet they always tells me that the post office sent it back and that’s crazy because they have attitudes all the dam time gets mad and just be sending the customers mail back to the senders just because there mad and can do so. my baby have been missing a lot of of college letters just because that one lady always sending her mail back. and then going to say she’s not listed on your P.O. Box and I told her yes she is she’s been on there for yrs I’m sick of them at this post office the city or whom ever need to hire ppls who want to work and are nice to the customers with out the dam attitude then they get mad when the customers have one so they get madder and send our mail back this post office need to be investigated fr

I manage a senior building in the Austin neighborhood with 85 residents, and our assigned letter carrier has been consistently unprofessional. She refuses to deliver packages (even telling my receptionist that if we “keep ordering big packages, she won’t deliver them”), speaks loudly on her phone while swearing in front of seniors, and is often rude and belligerent. This behavior is not acceptable, especially in a senior living environment where respect and professionalism should be the standard. Our residents deserve better service.

Understaffed? I feel bad for the employees but staffing and customer service training (if it exists) is very poor.
