We always hear about negative reviews but very rarely do we hear about positive ones which brings me here. I went to my local UPS Store which I love that it's walking distance from my house & as soon as I walked in I was greeted with a hello & smile (I didn't get the woman's name) but she made me feel welcomed. I was next in line and got greeted by Josh. I had a question about my package & Josh was very helpful and polite and explained what the issue was which he rectified for me. He took care of my issue which I was grateful for! Not only is the staff very welcoming & friendly, but the store is IMMACULATE! Thank you UPS Store for going the extra mile for your customers. If I could give a 10 star review I would!! š
