    Been going to this location for a few years and always top notch customer service. Had one of the better customer services experiences of my life today where after returning a package at UPS, one of this stores employees came across the street in rain to also take my fedex package to return when they opened - incredible. Didn’t know it was possible to love a UPS store

    Love this UPS location - probably the best in Chicago. The employees are thoughtful, the experience is very efficient without feeling super rushed, and there was even relaxing ambient music playing. My experiences here are about as zen as shipping errands can be. Truly a well-managed location with an excellent staff.

    I don’t usually write reviews, but my experience at this UPS location has left me deeply upset and disappointed. I dropped off a package of five dresses for my mother’s upcoming trip, three of them held enormous sentimental value, including one that belonged to a close friend who passed away. I packaged them carefully in-store, worked with an employee directly, and received my receipt — but never a confirmation email that the shipment went out. When I tried to track the package, it always showed as still being at the store. Every time I called for an update, I was told a manager would call me back, no one ever did. I’ve shipped many packages with UPS before, and I’ve never had one fail to leave the store. This one never moved, and I’ve had to accept the painful possibility that these dresses were either lost or taken. Beyond the $500 worth of clothing, it’s the emotional loss that hurts most. I called crying, just asking if someone could please check for the package, and was told they couldn’t “right now.” That lack of care was devastating. I’ve filed a claim, but I felt it was important to share what happened so others know what kind of experience they might face here. I truly hope no one else goes through something like this.

    Yes. AJ is always really kind and friendly. I have seen her at two different UPS stores. She is exceptional, kind and knowledgeable. It makes it much easier to quickly enter and exit the two UPS locations that I frequent, off of Grand & Lake, so I won't receive a parking ticket in the interim. Logistics is tricky work. Especially with the volume of business this location and the one on Grand Street receives at any time.
