- TTT.SAug 26, 20251.0I have been coming to this location for years and I have NEVER been charged a fee for returning an item with a pre -label. I was literally here 2 weeks ago and just dropped off my package with no issues. This morning the cashier told me they charge $5 for returning items with a pre-label. Total BS!!!!! I told her that I was just there 2 weeks ago and no one charged me and she tried to tell me some crap about the store being independently owned. All UPS stores are independently owed. I will NEVER come here again. They think somebody is stupid.

Now it is Monday Aug 11th 7pm and system still shows UPS does not have possession of the package! This is urgent urgent causing my job type of shipment and staff is not handling with correct attitude! I’d leave a 0 star if I can.

Im trying to put a computer box on the counter with a crutch and some difficulty. She removes the last item on the scale and says “put it in the scale”. Very rude tone. I repeat the demand and she does her thing and hands me a receipt. This is a computer return prepaid, prepackaged, and pre-labeled no work for her at all except a scan, but she informed me that they charge for Pre-labeled I said it’s a return she said still gonna charge but you’re OK this time… I responded saying I’ve been coming here for four years doing the same thing and returns are never charged. She then blows up at me saying she’s gonna make sure my package doesn’t get there again a very expensive computer return I questioned her and she went off the handle, rude unintelligible. I’m downright me then they threaten to call the cops. Absolutely atrocious customer service.
