  Says it's open at 8AM Saturdays. The sign on the door literally says 8:30AM. Please update your hours, I walked here at 7:45AM to ship something before my flight (it wouldn't fit in my luggage). Ended up having to throw the items away because I couldn't wait around for 45 minutes for the store to open. It is NOT open at 8AM on Saturdays.

  Your location gets paid by UPS to accept packages/returns. You let me scan 12 labels and only took 6 boxes and said I'm only allowed to come when the truck is here and acted like you were doing me a favor. I went to another location because yours is rude and lazy. They told me i have to bring it back to your location since you scanned my labels. Why are you open until 8.00 PM, so working people like me can use the service. See you later today, coming in pissed off after you wasted my evening and now my morning today.

  I came into this UPS store admittedly right before closing. I needed to print out letters all of my girlfriend's friends wrote her for her birthday as I was making a cute huge card for her with all the notes. Unfortunately, I sent the document from my work email and it was protected and couldn't be opened to the store email for printing. Not only was AJ extremely friendly with me at the very end of the night, but she could also tell how important this was for me to get printed so she asked me how close I lived, told me to go home and send an unprotected copy and then come back. I honestly couldn't believe how accommodating she was, especially at the end of a long workday when everyone typically just wants to go home. She even emailed me and asked me how my girlfriend liked the gift I made for her. AJ turned what could have been a stressful experience into a memorable one. Her customer service is truly 10/10, and this UPS Store is lucky to have her!
