I needed to print out letters all of my girlfriend's friends wrote her for her birthday as I was making a cute huge card for her with all the notes. Unfortunately, I sent the document from my work email and it was protected and couldn't be opened to the store email for printing. Not only was AJ extremely friendly with me at the very end of the night, but she could also tell how important this was for me to get printed so she asked me how close I lived, told me to go home and send an unprotected copy and then come back. I honestly couldn't believe how accommodating she was, especially at the end of a long workday when everyone typically just wants to go home. She even emailed me and asked me how my girlfriend liked the gift I made for her. AJ turned what could have been a stressful experience into a memorable one. Her customer service is truly 10/10, and this UPS Store is lucky to have her!
