During that time, your team kept asking us to change the delivery address because of supposed “system issues,” and even demanded extra payment for it. After we paid and changed the address, you still delivered the package to a completely different pick-up point, farther from our home — without any warning. When the parcel finally arrived, it looked like it had been kicked, thrown, and dragged through the dirt. The box was covered in holes and dust, and the contents were damaged. My collectible doll, which is no longer in production, arrived in horrible condition — the clothes were filthy, and some parts were broken. On top of that, your staff kept trying to make us sign a paper saying UPC isn’t responsible — not once, but five to seven times. That’s absurd. You are the delivery company; it’s literally your job to make sure packages arrive safely. This is the worst service I’ve ever experienced — unprofessional, careless, and disrespectful toward customers. You made us pay extra, wasted our time, and destroyed something valuable. And now you pretend it’s not your fault?

I was able to arrange for someone to pick up my phone from the cafe and bring it to this UPs store. Miguel made sure that my phone was received and shipped overnight to me. Thank you Miguel!!
