- RPRupal PDec 31, 20251.0I sent confidential letter within Chicago that was supposed to be delivered the next day. When I checked tracking the next afternoon, it said delivered but the proof of delivery did not have a picture or the address that it was delivered to. It was just left at “front door” instead of even a mailbox. When I called the store, they could not help and asked me to contact “corporate”. When I called corporate, they told me it was delivered to the wrong address after I asked them to confirm the address. I would’ve never known! At 3PM, they said they’ve escalated this issue with their ground team and they’d find and fix this issue within the next hour. It also started snowing heavily during this time and I was worried about my letter being damaged outside. I called after waiting for 2 hours and they said “can you just go find the letter and deliver it yourself?” which was infuriating to hear as a solution to their delivery team’s mistake. They then asked me to file a claim and reassured me “if they find the package” they will return it to me within 8 business days. It blew my mind that they could not even take accountability for a delivery they messed up and neither could their team trace their own steps and retrieve the package from the incorrect location THEY dropped it at. Insanely unprofessional. They still haven’t found it.

UPS and UPS store are pointing fingers at who should file a claim. Local store said manager isn't in today. Do not recommend this store. Stay at the consulate until your visa is complete.
