- MMMonicaNov 10, 20251.0I’ve been going to this location quite often for about two years - it’s super quick and efficient and nearby. While I do think the regular staff are polite and helpful enough, this location definitely doesn’t focus on friendly customer service overall. UPS now offers a sort of “self-checkout” machine where you can skip the line without a hassle. While I’ve used it a few times - I usually prefer to be assisted on a register, especially if my package isn’t ready/labeled and if there isn’t really a line (which is pretty often the case). I think it’s rude that although I don’t complain and despite the fact that I don’t mind AT ALL even if I have to wait a few minutes, the employees go out of their way to tell me “well it would’ve been quicker if you’d just done it over there” or “you could’ve been in and out and already at home if you’d done it that way.” It’s rude and impolite, and truthfully uncomfortable. I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location as this isn’t the first time I’ve experienced this. If employees are there to assist, I truly don’t understand the issue with customers having a preference on how they’re assisted - especially when it’s rarely busy.

I told him to give me a minute to check but he kept rushing me and said I could come back if I didn’t have the information. I just walked out of there. NEVER GOING TO THIS LOCATION! very surprised because I never had a problem. Maybe he was the one having a bad day or I just met his real customer service side!
