  The associate who assisted me seemed more focused on a personal phone call, on speakerphone, than on my shipment. She never asked me to confirm my ship-from address. I have a UPS My Choice account and hoped that by giving her my phone number it would pull up my home address as the origination, but instead she entered the same address and phone number for both the sender and the recipient. Thankfully, the recipient details were correct. Overall, the lack of attention to detail was concerning. Hopefully my package shows up okay.

   I had an outstanding experience at the downtown UPS Store at the Palmer House in Chicago, thanks to Jay! He was incredibly professional, patient, and thoughtful throughout the entire process. I was there for over an hour mailing out 26 parcels of end-of-year customer gifts, and Jay handled everything with efficiency and a fantastic attitude. His dedication to excellent customer service truly stood out. I highly recommend working with Jay—he absolutely deserves Employee of the Month… and honestly, Employee of the Year for 2025! Thank you, Jay, for making a long and complicated task feel easy and stress-free!!

  I was incredibly impressed with the professionalism and positive attitude of Giovanna Brown. She helped me accomplish numerous tasks including notarizing documents. She’s fantastic. It was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had anywhere in months. Give her a promotion and a raise. She’s very rare!
