  Me and my wife went to this UPS store for notary for more than 10 documents and especially my wife went thrice there, Bob at the UPS store was incredibly kind, polite and professional. We had more than 10 pages, that needed notarization, but he only charged me for one page, which was very generous for him. And also in hurry we had pages in my hand when we reached to the store, but he gave us an envelope to for keeping those pages and that is free of cost at all- that is really very awesome. He handled everything quickly and with a great attitude with a smile on his face always. Its rare to meet someone so helpful and honest. Really appreciate his service- super highly recommend this location. And Bob is really an incredible person, as I said above its rare to meet someone as helpful and honest.

  Great service provided by Bob. I was happy the store was opened till 7pm. Bob helped me taped up my box perfectly. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

  I had an excellent experience at this UPS Store thanks to Bob. He was incredibly professional, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. Bob took the time to explain my options clearly, made sure everything was packed and handled properly, and went above and beyond to ensure things went smoothly. It’s rare to find someone who combines efficiency with such a friendly attitude. Customer service like this really makes a difference. Huge thanks to Bob for the outstanding support—I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this location!

  I went to UPS store at N Wacker Drive after 4:30 pm for Notary services for renewal of my Passport, even though it was late in the day. Bob was really very helpful and he helped me quickly and professionally, I had 7 pages to be notarized, but he kindly charged me only for 3 pages, which I really appreciated, that saved me with charges. Bob was awesome- very friendly, polite, calm and efficient, the whole process was smooth and quick. Excellent customer service like this really makes a difference. Highly recommend this location of UPS, especially if Bob is there!!
