I had something notarized here and had to go back and had it re-notarized again because the notary got it wrong. I walked in the store at 6:32 PM after waiting to park in their lot and was told that the system was already shut down and they couldn’t take my package. I truly hope this franchise location closes or at the very least that the franchise owner knows that the staff they employ doesn’t have an ounce of customer service in any of their beings. Ps- It’s fine to be closed, but it’s not OK to be so rude about it Pps - it was a prepaid label. I was dropping off, so there wasn’t any business to transact. It seems evident that the team here is over it so maybe an owner should step in and remind how to deal with

Even though it was at the end of their day/shift, she was eager to assist and made it happen before they closed at 6:30. Everything arrived safely, securely, and on time. I’m lucky to have Brittany and this UPS store close to our house. We will be back!
