  All staff are friendly. I am in often, I have a mailbox, I’ve been a customer for 35 years. I’ve traveled all over the USA, and Russia, Mexico, Panama, Ireland, Jamaica, Mongolia, among other places. When I call/Email in, staff tell me what I have, I say what I’d like them to send me, abs it’s done. They are expert packers too. The federal and state government let me put this store’s address as my address (even passport and IRS), because they (agencies) want to be sure that I’ll get my mail. If you decide to interview the dudes, my buddies, in consideration of getting a mailbox or considering this YOS store as yours, please tell ‘em that “Planet” (my nickname of 50 years) recommended them to you!

  I am SO happy to see this store open again, and to see Ana back behind the counter! I’d had my box here since 2003, so when it slipped into disarray under new ownership, it really created havoc for me, personally and professionally. Very glad to have my old box again, have entirely new ownership, and to have Ana in place to keep things solid!

  If I could give zero stars I would. I had a package delivered here, it arrived Monday I went to pick it up Friday only to be told a guy picked up my order. They claim the guy gave them the tracking number so they didn’t even ask him for ID. So they just gave my package to a COMPLETE STRANGER!!!!! I am pissed!!!!! I really think one of them stole it. Crazy thing is they asked me for ID when I tried to pick it up. The worker was so nonchalant he could’ve cared less. This is ridiculous.
