Just left the store, one guy in the store running it faster and more efficiently than three people at other stores, would give ten stars if I could - thanks for all the help.

Writing another review as the response I received saying my package left the store is not correct. And my claim has still not been dealt with by UPS directly. Here is where we are. I keep being sent emails with no further communication other than I must provide a "release letter" in order for my claim of my lost item to be fulfilled. Well eBay won't provide one as it shows THE ITEM NEVER LEFT THIS STORE BEFORE IT WAS LOST. So they cannot say in good faith that it should have arrived there. Here is what I did provide: 1) the email sent from eBay that confirmed that they cannot provide a Release Letter as the tracking shows that the item never left the facility from which I dropped it off at before it was lost, 2) A direct message from the person it was being sent to saying she never received it. She put it in letter form as well as in the eBay message to my inbox to prove it came from her, 3) Additional proof that I did drop it off at the 1953 N. Clybourn location in Chicago. This included a photo of my drop off receipt that shows it was left there on the day and time stated that also matches the original tracking number provided when the item is tracked currently. 4 days after I sent all of this, I get another canned email stating I need a release letter with no further information. Do better. At the stores. On the phone. With humans that want to use your business to do business. We are small business owners and it is already becoming harder by the day to do this type of work. This is our livelihood. Just. DO. BETTER.

Says there an Amazon drop off spot but they charged me $3 to do my return. Absolute rip off Edit: to address their response, it was an Amazon drop off. I pulled up the label in the Amazon app. Don’t trust these people, and don’t do business with them

Let me start by saying I loved this facility and used it regularly. I will not be doing that ever again. Or any UPS service. Period. I dropped off a very expensive bag that I sold through eBay on September 5. It was going only as far as Glendale Heights from Chicago (both in Illinois). Here it was supposed to be authenticated and then sent overseas as part of eBay’s global shipping program. Fast forward to September 19. I hear from the buyer that the package has not moved from the facility since I dropped it. I had already gotten the money from eBay so I assumed it was authenticated and on its way to the buyer. First I called the store. Open a claim they said. Didn’t even take a moment to look around. Despite tracking showing it never left the store. And I’ve gotten no resolution since then, despite numerous calls and emails. And then they suddenly closed the claim. So I have no resolution on a mistake I didn’t make about a very expensive item I no longer have. And the buyer will get refunded from eBay, but I won’t. Highly recommend not using UPS if you’re a small business owner or an individual who uses reselling as a form of income. This has happened before with FedEx, but the claims process was much more gentle and straightforward. Especially when the mistake was entirely their’s.
