I went in today and I was helped by a Hispanic young gentleman that I believed just started working there because I had never seen him before. and I come here somewhat often but he definitely got the job done. He did a word to word translation to my mom who only spoked Spanish. She felt understood and easy for the first time after sending her packages. I was impressed, the whole staff seems nice but I was impressed with the one that helped my mom.

I’ve gone there several times and it’s a hit or miss. I don’t know who’s doing the hiring but they need to get it together. I went there last week, waited in line for while. Another guy finally came to help another female worker who just complained to the customer she was helping the entire time. The guy who helped me seemed high cause his eyes were red and was seemed pissed that he had to work. I hate going to this location but I go because it’s the closest one to where I live

This doesn’t even deserve 1 star. The lady that took care of me today was very rude. I was in line waiting for her to call me and she was just staring at me with a blank look, walked up and I said hi and she ignored me. Then I proceeded to tell her I was doing a return she didn’t acknowledge me and went for clear bags and opened it for me to put some things in. After she printed my receipt she put them on the lower counter where they weigh the packages instead of handing them to me and told me to grab them. That was very unwelcoming honestly. If she hates her job she shouldn’t be working there, not my fault.

Overall the employees are not very friendly and the location is always busy. The last time I was there, one of the employees, a woman, scanned my packages and made me sit them in the location to be picked up. That did not feel very customer-centric. Making me do something she could do did not leave a positive impression.
