One of the ladies that works here is very rude. I go up to the counter when it’s my turn and I try to greet her but she just blankly stares at me. And then a line starts to form behind me and the worker starts to blame me for bringing the crowd. She said “it was so quiet here before you showed up, god now look you made everyone come in.” She just seemed so annoyed with me but greeted the customers before me. I don’t usually get upset but she just made me feel SO BAD. After I tried to apologize to her for something that is quite literally not my fault and told her to have a good rest of the day, there was no response back.

Carlos, the owner, signed for my package, refused to give it to me the day it was delivered because they were busy. Told me to come back the next day, and I came back that morning and my package was nowhere to be found. He then tries to convince me that even though he signed for it, it was probably still on a truck somewhere. I did not get my package, because they lost/stole it at the store the sender couldn't give me a refund and now I am waiting on claim updates and had to file a police report. That store has everyone's packages everywhere, anyone can come in and steal, they are disorganized, dismissive and rude. I paid for a mailbox there for a year...currently working on getting a refund for the months I will not use.

This is by far the worst UPS , I’ve ever been to. The manager has started charging 10.00, instead of the normal 5.00, reason being, now they are forcing customers to get a mailbox . Today I was told , my packages were not there, when Amazon clearly states they were delivered. The manager just basically said oh well. If you want unprofessional service this is your store. Then there’s a female employee, and I never want to body shame, but she refuses to to look for packages, because the workload is too much for her . I give them a courtesy of three days, and she still says that she hasn’t had time to look. I’ve had packages missing and had to ask senders for refunds. I see now why they say “all skin folk ain’t kin folk” please do yourself a favor, and steer far from this UPS OR THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL DEAL WITH!

I want to expose this guy. He's extremely bad and rude. They said he's the boss or the manager, I'm not sure. I was the first one to put five packages at the door before 9 o'clock when it opened. Because it was so cold, I waited in the car. When the door opened, I got out of the car to move them in. Every time I go there, I just drop them off and leave because no scanning or printing is needed as there are labels on them. But when the door opened and I was queuing, a Mexican woman thought I didn't queue and told me to do so. I said I was just dropping off. The guy didn't say a word and threw my packages out of the door. I moved them back in and said I didn't need to scan or print anything. He threw my packages out again. He was so rude. He was discriminating against me. Later, I asked him to apologize. I didn't do anything wrong and I was the first one there. Anytime if no printing or scanning is needed, you can just go in and drop them off. He was very rude and didn't say anything. I told him to apologize and said if he didn't, I would call the police. He just did it. I felt discriminated against. In the US, you can hardly believe you would be treated like this for no reason at all! I felt very hurt!

I come to this location quite often and I send my packages here for pickup but today is my last day here because I simply have nothing but issues at this location there is a older black gentlemen who wears glasses that works there and he is very rude to me everytime I come in I walked in to pickup a package and he turned around a looked at me and continued to do his task I was the only customer thereat the moment I was helped by another gentlemen who was very nice who told me to go to the middle register he asked for my signature and told me he would get my package the older black gentlemen asked another customer who had come in after me and proceeded to help at the same register I am standing at while im standing here and continued to hold a conversation with her as if im not standing there being helped I was confused and I thought that was extremely rude and when the worker who came back with my package to that same register he was helping me at looked confused I told him I dont understand I put my signature he told me nicely we can move to another register the older black gentlemen commented " we can just void that signature" snapping and proceeded to help the other customer I dont know what his issue is but I notice he is very friendly with "other" customers versus some who look like myself this isn't the first time I have received treatment by this very worker
