The employees are consistently rude, painfully slow, and behave as though the simplest tasks are as complex as brain surgery

I went back to get the paperwork redone, and she charged me a second time despite me showing her the mistake she made and her admitting she must have been tired. The paperwork she redid was messed up AGAIN - she insisted it would be okay to write my name twice on the paperwork, and I just found out it was rejected again for this reason. Absolute nightmare, doesn't understand the requirements for a notary and ridiculous to charge me a second time when the error was her fault. Never going here again, finding somewhere else to get my paperwork done.
