  I always get a UPS mailbox in every state I am working for a period of time! Hands down, this is the BEST UPS STORE I have ever had the pleasure of doing business!!! The staff is AMAZINGLY kind and always greet you when you come in! Chris, the store manager is like none other!!! He is knowledgeable, kind, understanding, nonjudgmental, and his heart is NOT filled with a drop of prejudice! Hallelujah 🙌🏾 His concern is whatever it is that concerns YOU!!! I ADORE them all and wish them ALL the best in life! 🫶🏾 It is under new ownership since I had gotten my contract, but it doesn't seem to effect much. Now, the only issue I currently have is the difficulty with parking, which is NOT their fault! Right in front is a bus stop and directly across the street is a HUGE parking lot for a restaurant that does not EVER get enough business to fill it!!! Soooo... I'll let that rest there! On another note, MANY who have heavy packages to drop off or pick will stop close to the door as possible with their hazards on. Sadly, when they return to their vehicles, they'll have a ticket of $75 or more! ANYONE can observe that this is one of Taylor Street's GEM of a spot, and you'll think the city will work with it, but does NOTHING! I don't link that issue to UPS but the greed of Chicago! In spite of it all... It is one of my FAVORITE places to visit here in Chicago... And there's not too many!!! Oh, sure, there's nice things to see here and architecture to admire, but sometimes the people surrounding them or whose employed there can make it an unpleasant experience... But NOT HERE!!! Thank God 🫶🏾

  There was a wonderful female staff member named Gina. She was incredibly friendly and resolved issues quickly, making the whole experience very pleasant. It even made me forget the upsetting incident I had on Tuesday when I was sending something out. An older woman in the store was very unfriendly; I don't know her name, but she seemed to be sarcastic and had a terrible attitude, even without me speaking to her. This kind of behavior would make me afraid to come to that store again. This is a service industry; if you don't want to work there, go home and rest! But today, I'm so grateful to Gina.
