- JFJ FOct 31, 20251.0The owner (old bald guy) was extremely rude, unpleasant, and unhelpful. If you can swing it use the location on Clark instead. Not the type of place you'd want to give your business. I've had multiple packages go "missing" despite being scanned in.
- RARuth ArreguinOct 7, 20253.0I like UPS because of the lower shipping rates. But, be prepared to have extra fees tacked on to your total. They charged me 6.55 for 'packing materials'- tape and 3.15 for 'packing service'- taping the box. It would have been nicer if they told me the fees BEFORE offering to tape the box. But, they tack on the fees after they do the taping- so it is too hard to refute the charges. The plus side- there wasn't a wait and they were helpful in getting me rates and choosing the box.
