  Staff at this UPS store are great. Professional, friendly and very helpful. Katherine and Shaffan were very patient and helpful with documents I needed printed and faxed.

  Dan was incredibly helpful. I had a very fragile and awkward thing to ship across the country and he helped me pack it perfectly and affordably.

  Did a happy return for 32 Degrees and it was easy. They scanned the QR code and also the items (in their original packaging). She also inspected that the tags were intact. I requested for a receipt, for tracking. I wish they were able to use the box I brought but they refused it. I was able to be refunded the next day or so.
