- CCchintotJan 4, 20265.0Did a happy return for 32 Degrees and it was easy. They scanned the QR code and also the items (in their original packaging). She also inspected that the tags were intact. I requested for a receipt, for tracking. I wish they were able to use the box I brought but they refused it. I was able to be refunded the next day or so.

- JFJ FOct 31, 20251.0The owner (old bald guy) was extremely rude, unpleasant, and unhelpful. If you can swing it use the location on Clark instead. Not the type of place you'd want to give your business. I've had multiple packages go "missing" despite being scanned in.

They charged me 6.55 for 'packing materials'- tape and 3.15 for 'packing service'- taping the box. It would have been nicer if they told me the fees BEFORE offering to tape the box. But, they tack on the fees after they do the taping- so it is too hard to refute the charges. The plus side- there wasn't a wait and they were helpful in getting me rates and choosing the box.
