Unlike other locations, the team at this store is friendly, knowledgable and truly understands what "customer service" means. I once rushed in 1 minute before closing, thinking it would be quick to scan 6 QR codes and print labels, but the labels didn't load on my phone. The clerk would have been well within his right to tell me to come back another day and not even let me in the door—or certainly could have asked me to leave when the QR codes were unavailable. Instead, he spent an extra 20 minutes helping me find an alternate way to print the labels. More so, he did this with ZERO frustration or negative attitude. (At other locations, they act like it's in imposition when you're dropping off an already-labeled package in the middle of the day.) While I absolutely do NOT recommend that you rush in at the last minute expecting service, the fact that I didn't have to take six large packages home and come back a second time really made my day. Though it's not the closest location to me, I will keep coming back here, as there have been mutliple times when I've been impressed by their service—both in how they treated me and how I've seen them interact with other customers. And the fact that they're open on Sundays—what's not to love about that?? If you need UPS services, make the trip to Lincoln & McCormick!

I would have gone to FedEx Office, but their employees are a bit too snooty, slow, and I've had packages delivered after their guaranteed time of arrival. And the store is SO clean! I mean... genuinely immaculate!

The service and professionalism of his Staff has been maintained since his inception. Even though I had moved a distance from the area, I kept my box and continued to use their services when needed. Great job Abe!
