    Really appreciate Fazo! Very professional and friendly. When a line was forming, you could tell he was doing his best to take care of everyone in a timely manner. Even the ones that had complaints.

    I had an excellent experience at this UPS Store while preparing for a move out of state. I needed to mail a lot of boxes, and the whole process could have been stressful—but the team at this location made it incredibly smooth. They were friendly, patient, and super helpful every step of the way, answering questions, helping me get everything packed and labeled correctly, and making sure my shipments were handled efficiently. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers. If you’re moving, shipping multiple boxes, or just need reliable service, I can’t recommend this location enough. Huge thanks to Jack and Hazel especially for going above and beyond!

    I went to drop off a package today. The weather outside was frigid, with temperatures in the single digits. I had carefully packaged the box and attached the return label, but I hadn’t noticed that the tape on the bottom had split. I asked for a small piece of tape, as I certainly didn’t want to go back home in this weather just to fix it. The store manager—and owner—were unexpectedly rude and insisted that I pay $1.50 for a short strip of tape. Their manner was condescending. The owner also pointed out that, because this is a franchise, there is no avenue for me to share concerns or provide feedback about their conduct. They are doing themselves a disservice by treating customers this way. RESPONSE TO OWNER'S COMMENT: The owner’s response mischaracterizes our interaction. My concern was not with store or vendor policy, but with the rude and condescending manner in which both the owner and the manager handled a simple request. I did not state that I intended to make the business “look bad” on social media. I shared my experience so others can decide for themselves whether this store is the right fit. The package was properly prepared with the label securely attached; only the bottom seam had split. I asked for a small piece of tape to avoid returning home in extremely cold weather, and this request was refused. The tone of the owner’s public response, together with statements that are not accurate, reinforces my original concern and confirms that this is not a business I wish to support.

    This store has been an absolute lifesaver! Several times now, I have been on tight deadlines, and they have helped me get the prints I need for my business. They are even open on Saturdays and Sundays. Thank you UPS Store for being an excellent asset to our neighborhood.
