The new manager and staff come off as arrogant, unhelpful, and clearly selective about who they choose to assist. It’s especially disappointing to witness this kind of behavior in a place where the staff themselves are minorities. Customer service used to be a strong point here — now it’s nonexistent. Bring back the old team, because this “new” one is absolutely not it.
