Really glad to see the UPS Store locations on Armitage/California and N Milwaukee open again under new ownership. The new team has been friendly, helpful, and efficient. Happy to have these locations available again in our local area!

Arrived at 8:30 to get some things printed. Phone line, sign on the window, everything say opens at 8:30am. Called the phone, knocked on the window. Lights weren't on. Phone went to voicemail. Tried until 8:40. No answer. Please either update hours, or be there.

Store is under new ownership now and the workers were incredibly friendly and helpful! Would definitely recommend to anyone in need of service and would recommend revisiting if you’ve had a bad experience in the past

New ownership- the franchise owner changed recently, sometime in 2025. This location is much better now.
The employees are much more efficient and friendly. What used to be a 20 minute drop off is now a couple of minutes.

I'm not sure why the store was closed in the first place. Went in last week to mail a 0.13 lbs letter that came to 2 lbs; not sure why the mini ipad was on the scale with my letter at the time of weighting. Felt very sketchy still.
