    Great addition to the neighborhood! Such a convenient location with plenty of parking! All of the employees are nice and helpful. They even have treaties on hand for visiting dogs. I highly recommend their services.

    Thank God the most recent previous owner is long gone and a new owner took over the location. The same stellar service and great vibe that the store had before the last guy took it over and destroyed it is now back! The new owner Karin has years of UPS Store experience and her manager, Ana, is excellent. Ana really makes you feel more like family rather than a mere customer. Looking forward to many more years as a mailbox holder at the 1658 N. Milwaukee UPS Store!

    They’re back! If you’re here in 2026, I can confirm the UPS store is back and under new sane ownership again! Anna, a kind and helpful employee returned and I had a great experience today. So relieved to not have to make long trips outside the neighborhood for packages anymore!

    My wife and I went in to have our will notarized and had everything a little messed up. Not only were the employees nice enough to take us without an appointment, they were also nice enough to help us get everything sorted.
