The negative reviews were for the previous UPS business, a new one opened up and it’s run extremely well. Little to no wait time and very friendly staff (Karen most recently helped me and was awesome). Highly recommend!

I’m so happy this UPS location is back to normal again!! The last ownership was such a disaster. Now it’s back to what a UPS should be - one that actually takes packages and ships them.

Stopped in just to ship out a package, and it was easy. Smooth, and the staff were very helpful and kind! So happy they’re under new management. Definitely recommend!!!

UPS is good but the strip mall complex is terrible there is someone waiting to ticket you as soon you step off the property just for 2 minutes to take a look around the area
