    I love that this store is so close to my home. It’s easy to drive there and there’s always a parking space. The customer service is always pleasant and polite. I didn’t agree when once I needed tape and they wanted to charge $1.00 so a small piece of tape. The young lady behind the counter said it was the company making the charge. I didn’t pay. I went back home and used my own tape then returned to the store. It was the principal, no one wants to be “nickel dimed.” Overall I still gave 5 stars.

    Dude working the front was high and super confused. One of the dumbest people because he couldn't even process the fact we were telling him the full 10 digit phone number before telling us its not a number. You didn't put the rest in stupid. Then on top of that, we basically entered all the stuff in for him to ship out stuff to our home from there. He slapped the label on the box and it still went missing. Now they're saying the sender never sent it to them to receive it and they will update us once they receive it from the sender. I'M SENDER and UPS received it in store. I want to give a zero because now I might have to take a flight back to get my stuff that's just sitting in the store because they refuse to answer the store phone.

    I have never been to a UPS store that charged to put tape on an Amazon return box. $1.00, it’s very much the principle that is highly annoying
