    I came here to send off a return order , stood in a very long line just for the cashier to scan both my QR codes and inform me that they are not taking cash! There was NO signage indicating this . I drive all the way to Oak Lawn to return the package just for me to be unable to return it due to the cashier on 83rd scanning the code. I GO BACK to 83rd just to be met by a rude cashier who could not find the code receipt that was suppose to be in the drawer so I can return my order ( meaning the original cashier didn’t do his job). The lady cashier I worked with today was so non chalant and literally showed no remorse for me basically being given the run around due to the incompetence of this staff! Do not support this location!

    The sign says that the store closes at 7 PM. I rushed over after work and I walked in at 6:50 PM with a simple Amazon return and they told me that they were about to close and that they were about to close their register. I usually get great service.This was a surprise. Maybe something else was going on.

    I attempted to drop off a package for shipping here on December 1, 2025. I was immediately concerned by the excessive volume of unshipped packages piled up throughout the store even for a Monday. When I questioned the employee, Marley, about the most recent pickup, she became defensive and suggested I take my package elsewhere if I was uncomfortable. I chose to do so, driving instead to the 95th and Kedzie UPS store. That store was demonstrably more organized and accountable, clearly managing their shipping volume and providing a far superior customer service experience.

    This place does have good and fast service, but it doesn't accept fed ex returns. Please don't waste your time going for any fed ex returns
