You'd expect it to be a hot mess, but this place had all hands on deck and thir operation went like clockwork. I had a complicated package to send, they were extremely helpful figuring out the best way to pack, insure, and ship it. My experience at this UPS was excellent. If I could give them 10 stars, I would.

They nickel-and-dime you for everything - unlike other locations that generously print a return label for free, this one charges $1.21 per sheet. When I asked about the inconsistency, they blamed it on the franchise owner. I’d recommend going to a different UPS location where the staff are kinder and the franchise owner isn’t so desperate for money.
