I’m always greeted by name, which feels like a throwback to another era in the best possible way. It’s actually a joy to stop in and pick up my things. They go above and beyond in so many small ways. Sometimes they notice when I’m pulling up outside and already have my packages ready for me. Once, when I received a box with perishables, a staff member even called me personally to make sure I knew it had arrived. Their text notifications are immediate, and the whole system just works beautifully. I always feel taken care of here. Highly recommend this store and their mailbox service!
